Nancy is a retired Lutheran (ELCA) Pastor and a licensed clinical social worker. She has served as a hospice chaplain, a parish pastor, an interim pastor, and a psychotherapist in private practice with a special interest in clergy and clergy families. Certified in EMDR, Nancy helped members of the NYC FD adjust to their tremendous losses following the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. She enjoys writing and teaching the writing of icons in the Russian Orthodox tradition and loves to cook in any tradition.

Richard is a life professed member of the Brotherhood of St Gregory (ECUSA) and a retired US Army Lt. Colonel. He is gifted with an irrepressible sense of humor and experienced in the many skills that a leader must have. Occasionally he practices his trumpet, and is completing CE courses in Anglican Studies from the Graduate Theological Union, U.C. Berkley. He continues to wash dishes in any tradition.
