Nancy is a retired Lutheran (ELCA) pastor and a licensed clinical social worker. She has served as a hospice chaplain, a parish and interim pastor and a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in clergy and clergy families. Certified in EMDR, Nancy assisted members of the NYFD adjust to their tremendous losses following the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. She enjoys writing icons in the Russian Orthodox tradition and loves to cook in any tradition.

Richard is a member of the Brotherhood of Saint Gregory (ECUSA) and a retired US Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. Gifted with an irrepessible sense of humor, he is also skilled and experienced in crisis management, decision making, leadership, counseling, problem solving, and planning. His duties now include praying the Daily Office, substitute teaching, enjoying life and washing dirty dishes in any tradition.
